AI Strategy & Implementation

A software house builds what you ask for. We work out what's worth building.

We tell you whether an AI use case is technically real, what it costs to run, and what it does to your margin — then build the roadmap and stay with you through a planned, phased implementation to get there.

Why us

A strategic partner, not a slide deck

Most boardroom AI conversations stall on the same question: what do we actually get for the money?

We see the same things killing AI initiatives at almost every company we walk into:

  • Pilots that never reach production — a graveyard of proofs-of-concept
  • No one in the building who can say whether an idea is technically real
  • Data too fragmented or too dirty to support anything past a demo
  • Departments building competing tools nobody else can use
  • A build decision made before anyone checked the business case
  • A system nobody trusts enough to actually use

Most people still picture a chat window when they hear "AI." That's not what we build. Done right, it's an intelligent machine that fills a specific gap in your operation and does the work — no complaints, no sick days, no shift change, exactly to the standard you set it, every time. Find that gap and the business on the other side of it is more resilient, more automated, and operating a level up from where it started. It rarely happens in one leap: each phase we roadmap is what opens the next opportunity.

These get fixed or they get baked in for good — depending on who's in the room when the decision gets made. We give you a clear-eyed read on what's worth pursuing, a costed and phased roadmap for getting there, and we stay in the room through implementation instead of handing over a deck and disappearing. If an idea doesn't hold up — technically, or against your P&L — we say so before the invoice, not after.

We are small on purpose. Every engagement is run by someone who has taken an AI decision from the boardroom to a system running in production before — not handed to a graduate the week after the sales call.

Our approach

Three stages. You can stop after any of them.

01

Advisory & Readiness

Find out what's worth doing, and leave with a costed, phased roadmap to do it.

This is where most engagements start, and where several should also end. We assess what data and capability you actually have, run a structured workshop to surface and rank use cases against business impact, and hand over a roadmap with a business case attached to each item — not a slide of buzzwords.

If governance or the EU AI Act is the blocker, we scope that first: it is cheaper to design controls in than to retrofit them.

  • Current-state diagnostic — data, tooling, and team readiness
  • Use-case discovery and prioritisation workshop, scored against business impact
  • A phased roadmap with milestones, owners, and a business case attached to each item
  • Operating model and governance design, so the roadmap survives contact with the org
  • EU AI Act readiness and responsible-AI controls, scoped in from day one
02

Delivery

Prototypes, custom builds, and the data platform underneath them.

A use case that survives the advisory stage gets built. We work in short, priced increments — a working pilot before a platform commitment — and we are equally comfortable extending your existing data stack as we are wiring a new agent into systems you already run.

Where a ready-made building block fits your problem, we say so and adapt it, rather than billing for a custom build you don't need.

  • Rapid proof-of-concept and governed GenAI prototypes
  • Custom LLM applications and agentic workflows
  • CRM/ERP and business-system integration
  • Data platforms, lakehouses and data quality foundations
  • Ready-made building blocks (assistant, negotiation agent, chatbot platform) adapted to your systems
02

Implementation, Planned

We don't hand you a roadmap and walk away — we execute it with you, phase by phase.

A use case that survives the advisory stage doesn't get thrown over the wall to a dev team — we stay accountable for it. Each phase has a defined scope, a cost, and a decision point before the next one starts, so you're never committed further than you've approved.

We build only what the roadmap calls for. Where a ready-made component solves it faster, we say so and adapt it — the goal is the business outcome landing on schedule, not a custom build for its own sake.

  • Phased implementation plans tied to the business case, not an open-ended backlog
  • Governed pilots before any platform commitment
  • Build, buy, or adapt — decided case by case, never defaulted to custom
  • Data and system integration where the roadmap actually requires it
  • Executive checkpoints and a go/no-go decision at every phase gate
03

Operate & Train

Keep it running, and make it your team's, not ours.

A system nobody maintains decays quietly. We build the monitoring and refresh cycle in from day one, and we train the people who will own it — not just the executives who approved it.

Our target is a handover date, not a retainer we hope you forget to cancel.

  • Monitoring, drift detection and model refresh
  • CI/CD and rollback for AI systems in production
  • Role-based AI literacy and leadership training
  • Hands-on training for the team that inherits the system
  • Change management and adoption support

Evidence

We show our own work, not just client logos

Every case study on this site is a project we delivered end to end — from the readiness question to the system running unattended. Where we can't name the client, we name the numbers instead.

Ask us for the two most relevant case studies for your industry before the first call. If we don't have one close enough to be useful, we'll tell you that too.
